The 400 series Starter Color blends are a correctly blended BASECOAT system designed for maximum coverage and feel. The Starter Colors are blended with the 600 Flexible Basecoat System. The 400 series pigment line must be top coated for performance, gloss, and feel. Recommend the Premium Automotive Topcoats be crosslinked with 611 or 612 crosslinkers. Crosslinking the 400 basecoat system is not necessary.
